Non-Violence

To set forth towards fighting for the people of District 16, I must offer a vision.

One day, I see a country that uses peaceful actions to resolve their disputes rather than violence actions to resole their disputes.

A better world for our children would be one based around peace.  But how do we achieve this?

An ethic of doing no harm to another is a way to ensure that you take a peaceful path when it comes to hurting another soul.

Of course, people look to their government for protection.

I understand that this is a dangerous world. I ensure I will work towards iniatives to get us to a place where we resolve on disputes positively.

The Constitution needs to change to take a major step towards an America built around life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness.

Education iniatives, gun control legislation, evening the playing field and declaring we will not accept our President using nuclear weapons under any circumstances are a start for District 16.

From the state of Maryland ensure early childhood day care to peace and conflict resolution cirriculum we can start to achieve a vision where we reject violence.

As a country, the violence between us seems to be increasing. Now is a time to take a stand for a better future for our Country.  The path towards non-violence is their for one who seeks it.  That has remained constant in any time through human history.

The choice to elect leaders, the right to vote is a privilege so let's elect leaders who will be looking for radical solutions not just the boring policies of most of Republicans and Democrats.  Voices are standing to reject violence. Join us on this fight.

So the people of this District do not objectify me as a appeaser or traitor. I fully believe we had no choice but to fight World War II.  Our self defense was at stake.  And we utterly destroyed the war like HIlter and Nazis.  In beating the Nazis, we proclaimed that the right of self defense is a right to any current situation.

But unlike any other time in history we have the ability to educate like never before.  As we can build bridges we must confront war like aggression with history lessons and pleads for peace. The 20th century was the bloodiest century in human history. Let us make the 21st Century the century of diplomacy.  This is not appeasement.  This is a commitment to seek peace and solutions when confronted with war like aggression.  Join me in educating the world that we always have choices.  And let us elect leaders that will have the wisdom and knowledge to know we all have choices.  Let us not have history repeat itself again.
